STNA’s
Full-time openings are available on all shifts, $1/hr shit differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.  Positive, self-motivated care-givers will excel as part of our resident-centered team.  Must be highly responsible and dedicated to LTC residents.  A stable work history with at least 2 years of steady, long-term care experience, is required.  Must have a high school diploma or GED.
 

RN

Full Time, 7-3.  Must be reliable and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to LTC residents.  At least two years of steady, long-term care experience is needed.  Current, valid, unencumbered OH nursing license, required.

 

NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT

Full-time opening for kitchen/cafeteria /dining room assistant.  Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.  Schedule includes working three weekends out of four.  Must be motivated to work as part of a cooperative team.  Must be able to read, write and understand English.

NURSES

West Park area.  St. Augustine Home Health Care is hiring LPN’s and RN’s for West Park area client.  Vent. & trach. experience, a must.  Full-time (with benefits) & PRN available on 1st & 2nd shift with weekend rotation. 

 

Staff Nurses needed for clients in Cleveland, Parma, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, & North Olmsted. 

 

General requirements:  Minimum, one year’s experience in home care or a facility setting, required.  Must have reliable transportation.  Current, valid, unencumbered OH nursing license, required. 

 

HHA’s & STNA’s

HHA’s & STNA's are needed for our home care staff.  We currently have clients in Cleveland, Parma, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, & North Olmsted.  Although we prefer our aides have at least one year’s experience in home care or a facility setting, WE WILL CONSIDER NURSING SCHOOL STUDENTS.  Must have reliable transportation.
