Welcome to St. Augustine Health Campus

We have been serving senior adults and the chronically ill for over forty years. St. Augustine reflects a rich heritage of ethnic and cultural traditions that value family relationships and friends.

St. Augustine offers a continuum of care that is second to none. Whether it's assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care or end of life care, it can all be found here on our Campus. In addition, we specialize in care for those with traumatic brain injury, MS, diabetes, stroke, wound care, and HIV/AIDS.

Uncle Nate called to thank everyone who took care of his nephew, Will, during his intensive rehab stay at St. Augustine.  He said  everyone did such a good job and showed him lots of love.  He's doing really good and the family is very proud of him.  He will try to bring him for a visit in the next week.

My child is a former student at the St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center and I wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic job the teachers are doing.  When my son started kindergarten, I received numerous compliments on how advanced he was for his age.  I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff for the wonderful things they do for the children.  It's an excellent learning environment.
